Shraddha Agarwal is a Deaf entrepreneur and the founder of AuralApp, a pioneering literacy platform designed to empower the Deaf community through bilingual education—prioritizing sign language as a bridge to learning English. Having grown up as an Oral Deaf individual in India and navigating mainstream education systems in India and the UK, she faced significant accessibility challenges. These experiences fueled her mission to create inclusive learning solutions that break communication barriers.

She holds a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of Warwick, graduating with distinction. Her expertise spans Deaf education, disability inclusion, business strategy, user research, and design thinking.

Shraddha has been recognized with prestigious accolades in India, including the EmpowHer Innovator Award and selection into top incubators such as Digital Impact Square (TCS), AssisTech Foundation, AIC GUSEC, and Startup TN’s Tanseed 6.0. She is also part of The Inclusion Fellowship, GHCI@AnitaB.org, and TN Rise, solidifying her commitment to Deaf empowerment.

With a vision of seamless communication and equal opportunities for Deaf individuals worldwide, Shraddha continues to advocate for systemic changes in education, employment, and accessibility. Through AuralApp, she is not just building a product but leading a movement to create an inclusive world where Deaf individuals can thrive without barriers.
